These people of authority do have balls,big ones.



     I think that psychological exam they give these people needs to be seriously overhauled. It should also be given to them every year.              This one probably had people up in arms because there is still so much ignorance about what race a Serial Killer can be.Of course we know that old tale that says African American's are not Serial killers should be wiped out by now,however some ignorant people still try to claim this is true.I guess they are blind and cannot read.Who knows the motive of people who deny things even when facts says otherwise.This man is not only a cop, as you can see he is an African American also.And guess what state he was a cop in?
