NO HUMAN INVOLVED "NHI" (Was common police language)

I did not hear the phrase "No Human Involved" or NHI until a year ago and it makes me feel ashamed that my country would openly state that a human being was not human and not worthy of justice. I am not shocked too easy, but when I found out that police forces actually marked some cases as NHI I felt my jaw drop. Whenever the police would take calls where a certain group of people on the fringes of society were murdered or were victimized and the police did not feel that they should waste tax payers money by investigating the report filed about these people they felt were less than dogs they marked the file as NHI.

I also believe that some cops felt this way about women, especially during the 1940's,50's'60's,70's,80's and even into the 1990's when their spouses murdered them because they never did any sort of investigation into a lot of missing women reports who's marriage had a history of severe domestic abuse. They believed the husband when they told stories a 12 year old would not believe about how their wives became missing. I used the dates above because those are the years I found cases of dozens of missing women who were severely abused by their husbands and the cases have never been solved. You can pull up the cases of missing women on the Charley Project or the Doe Network and see for your self.

The main people who they considered less than human were prostitutes, the mentally ill, drug addicts, alcoholics, homeless people, homosexuals and any other type of person that they did not feel were humans. They used this alot in their police reports down south about African Americans and in some places in our Northern States it was regularly used for American Indians. This happened in the last century and there have been cases in this century where the cops would use those words in his reports.
Nazi Germany felt this way also and killed these people not that long ago. Many of our police officers and court officials may not have the balls to write NHI in cases but they sure use this attitude today. Especially in rape cases and murders of prostitutes. Doing research about murdered women who's cases went cold I found victims names in books I have read who were murdered prostitutes and the cases are still cold and I Google the woman's name, city and state where she was murdered I cannot find their cases in any unsolved crime lists. So,I have no other choice but to believe that even today some Law Enforcement agencies do not consider them human enough to even add their cases to cold case lists.
