NEW CASE,AGAIN IN FLORIDA OF COP RAPING,BEATING,STEALING AND WHATEVER ELSE HE WANT TO DO



      Sorry I have not been keeping up with all of the new cases  of "Abuses of Authority",this is a new blog that I had been adding cases as I find them. I was talking to a friend of mine who is also a woman and she told me that she had no idea about all of the video's just on YouTube alone where cops beat and torture women who are in their custody. What amazes me about this is most times cops are not held responsible for the many abuses of power they commit,until their brethren cannot hide their crimes any longer, cover up for them as in this case of this PIG of a man who has been doing anything and everything he wanted to the people he was sworn to protect. There is a very fine line between love and hate,just as there seems to be a very small line between cop and killer. Something else I am wanting to look up to see if there are any studies that suggests how many times a rogue cop abuses his power before he is finally held accountable. It is said in some studies that pedophiles average 70 assaults on their victims before they are finally caught and arrested. Of course I know these are not the same things but,I believe the number can be very high with the cops who abuse their power too. They know how to pick their victims just as a pedophile does, picking the one's who will not tell on them and if they do tell no one will believe them anyway. They are not stupid, and they know if they abuse criminals,even one's who commit minor crimes that it is their word against a police officers, and 99 per cent of the time no one will believe the victim who has even a minor record. We have all heard many times that there are cops who abuse prostitutes,because they make a perfect victim. They do not even usually report any abuses they suffer at anyone's hand, because people actually view them as Non- Humans or as if they deserve what they get,even if the prostitute is a child. So, how many times could a cop abuse a sex worker? As many times as he wants and as for as long as he wants. Then if he would pick a person who has warrants he is sure they will not talk because they will be arrested for their outstanding warrant if they would cal the police to make a report of abuse against a cop. Then if they abuse hardcore junkies they know they will definitely not tell because they have to spend their every waking moment chasing drugs so they will not become ill from withdrawal. These people are too afraid they will be arrested or held by the police if they try to exercise their right as a United States Citizen that does have protection under the law,as long as the law enforcer does not choose to victimize them. They have to rely on the cop who abused them colleague's to investigate them and we all know that it is almost impossible for the cop's to investigate themselves. Internal Affairs are the cops too.

   So, you can see why I think it is a very huge possibility for an Authority Abuser to spend his whole career being a cop abusing his power as long as he is adept at picking easy prey. This PIG has a history of  abusing his power,and they just let him get away with it until he got so bad they could not ignore it,or he pissed one of his higher ups off and they dropped their protection of him. I can really see that he was moving right along, escalating, getting worse and worse and started raping. It would have not been long before he would have murdered someone,intentionally or on accident. But, there are many Serial Killer who did not mean to kill their first or even second victim. But,they loved to beat,rape and torture and they would accidentally go too far, then they would become so afraid that they would be caught they would make all kinds of promises to their G-d to get them out of this mess and they would never do it again type of thing and then after them believing they would be caught they started to figure out that no one was on to them and then after that initial fear left them after the first or second time of killing and they would start feeling omnipotent. They found they liked that adrenaline rush from the fear and they would start killing on purpose. This man was headed right down this path.              This one probably had people up in arms because there is still so much ignorance about what race a Serial Killer can be.Of course we know that old tale that says African American's are not Serial killers should be wiped out by now,however some ignorant people still try to claim this is true.I guess they are blind and cannot read.Who knows the motive of people who deny things even when facts says otherwise.This man is not only a cop, as you can see he is an African American also.And guess what state he was a cop in? RED RIVER COUNTY TEXAS CRIMINAL COPS

        This is an older case of "Authority Gone Wild" and it is by far not an isolated incident that happens in America,however I think it is just as important to learn about the older cases of police abuses, because back in the day some of these "Good Ole Boy" police agencies,especially down south were corrupt from the very top to the very bottom and corruption does not happen overnight and you would be shocked by how deep and far this corruption sometimes went. Sometimes it went all the way to Congress and even the Governor's office.
