http://www.easttexasnews.com/Enterprise/News/Ind/week33_2007/story5.html Officer Gregory Ross Bogany LIVINGSTON — Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Darrell Longino rescinded bail on former Onalaska Police Officer Gregory Ross Bogany after Bogany allegedly violated terms of his conditional release from jail on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The charges stem from the abduction of Bogany’s common-law wife from her job in Porter. Anyone with information on Bogany’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at (936) 327-6810. Officers are making efforts to ensure Bogany is detained without incident. Bogany was arrested Dec. 4 on a warrant for aggravated kidnapping after Candis Yevett Robinson was taken at gunpoint from Brookshire Brothers in Porter, according to affidavits filed in connection with the case.
